4.3 Client Responsibilities

5. Digital Products — Specific Terms
5.1 License Grant
Upon successful purchase of any digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to access and use the product for your own business or educational purposes.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or re-publish the product in any form
- Share login credentials or distribute access to others
- Use the content to create competing products or derivative works without written permission
- Claim authorship of the content
5.2 Intellectual Property

6. Payments and Pricing
All prices listed on the Website are in US Dollars (USD) & Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payments are processed via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay). By completing a purchase, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. Sajith Mohan does not store your payment card information.

7. Refund Policy
Read carefully: Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and consulting time is non-recoverable once rendered, our refund policy is specific.
7.1 Digital Products
Due to the instantly accessible and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
An exception may be considered in the following cases:
- The product purchased was significantly different from its described content
- A technical failure prevented access and the issue could not be resolved within 7 business days
Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with a clear explanation and relevant supporting documentation.
7.2 Consulting Services
For hourly consulting packages, unused credits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon written request, provided no work has been delivered against those credits.
For monthly retainer packages, cancellation must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for the current active billing period.
Sajith Mohan reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests.
8. No Guarantee of Results
All consulting advice, course content, ebooks, and digital resources are provided for informational and strategic purposes only. While Sajith Mohan makes every effort to provide high-quality, actionable content based on real-world experience, no specific outcome, revenue figure, ranking position, or business result is guaranteed.
